SuperMemo
8.0 format
Important! Unlike in SuperMemo 7, in SuperMemo 8 you have to preserve the directory
structure of the knowledge system. For that reason you
have to use the directory extracting options in your software for
expanding ZIP files! After expanding the ZIP file, make sure than
REGISTRY and INFO directories are not empty! Otherwise you will not be able to
use the system! For example with PKUNZIP.EXE, you have
to use -d option:
PKUNZIP -d
<system_name>.ZIP
- ABC
of SuperMemo 8 (May 12, 1997) - a short course of
using SuperMemo 8 delivered by SuperMemo itself. Please send your
comments on the clarity of this course and what material
should yet be included! Download 27 KB. To unzip the file with
PKUNZIP.EXE, use the command PKUNZIP -d SM.ZIP and open
the file SUPRMEMO.KNO with SuperMemo 8 by choosing File : Open.
- NEW (May 28) Katakana (May
28, voted for by Jari Roukolainen, Finland) - Japanese
alphabet Katakana. To make this system work you have to
install KATAKANA.TTF font in Windows. This font is
included in the system (directory
<SuperMemo>/SYSTEMS/KATAKANA/FONTS/). Download 54 KB.
